A collaboration work with WoHa Architects from Singapore, this two phase commercial mixed development on an 8 acre land is located along Jalan Semantan, Kuala Lumpur. There are 5 towers of service apartments, an office block, retail spaces, facilities and landscape deck at different levels interconnecting all the towers with more than 1,400 service apartment units and a gross floor built-up area of more than 2 million sqft.
